Open Positons
We are looking for one (1) skilled Early Intervention Specialist to assist with the implementation of a pilot project. Youth180 has partnered with a respected university to develop a 2 ½ year project assessing the needs of young people in Dallas with substance misuse and mental health problems. Service delivery will be based on best practices in prevention services while discovering new treatment modalities and interventions that may be integrated into the State’s service array.
The Early Intervention Specialist is responsible for providing the highest quality and culturally sensitive educational groups in schools and community-based settings.
Special Considerations:
• All staff must hold a valid Driver License in the State of Texas and provide a copy for insurance purposes
• Must abide by the prevailing agency requirements regarding COVID-19 disease prevention both on and offsite (when conducting agency-related business)
• Must submit to pre-employment alcohol and drug screening as well as periodic, random testing to help support a drug-free workplace
• Must submit to pre-employment criminal background check, including a Texas Department of Public Safety FBI Fingerprint
