Keri Stitt is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with a profound commitment to making a difference in vulnerable populations' lives. Armed with a bachelor's degree in psychology and master's degree in professional counseling, Keri has much knowledge and expertise in the field, allowing her to provide invaluable support to those in need.
With a heart for service, Keri has dedicated a significant portion of her career to working on issues affecting youth, demonstrating exceptional empathy, and understanding. Her experience in this area is not only marked by her professional qualifications but also by her active involvement in initiatives aimed at addressing youth homelessness, child sex trafficking, and adolescent substance misuse. Keri served as the Chair of the Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance (now Housing Forward) Youth Committee, where she displayed her exceptional leadership skills and played a pivotal role in advocating for homeless youth.
One of Keri's notable accomplishments includes spearheading the planning and development of Dallas' first Youth Homeless Count/survey. Through her meticulous planning and unwavering determination, she facilitated a comprehensive survey that provided crucial insights into the challenges faced by homeless youth in the region. Her work in this area underscores her dedication to understanding the complexities of homelessness and finding effective solutions. Additionally, Keri was responsible for establishing one of the first drop-in centers in Dallas for victims of child sex trafficking.
As President and CEO, Keri has positioned Youth180 as a thought leader in the substance misuse treatment and mental health field. Her and her team’s approach to untreated trauma and the integration of substance use treatment and mental health concerns has reframed the narrative around these commonly misunderstood social issues.
Beyond her professional achievements, Keri continues to be a beacon of hope for those she serves. Her unwavering commitment to empowering youth and her advocacy efforts in the community have not only created impactful change but have also inspired others to join the cause.

Judy Marshall has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Youth180 since 2021. She previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Promise House, Inc. for 23 years. Prior to working with Promise House, Judy owned a private school in Colleyville, Texas. Her early career involved increasingly responsible positions with several Dallas-based nonprofit organizations.
Judy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in executive business administration as well as a Certificate in Nonprofit Management. A trusted advisor to the CEO and Boards, she is known for developing strong internal controls and systems that lead to reduced risks, cash optimization, and fiscal transparency.
In her free time, Judy volunteers with animal rights organizations, provides pro-bono nonprofit management consultation, and enjoys spending time with her two nephews.

Viviana Triana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor, EMDR Certified Therapist, Approved Consultant, and Trainer, brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her work. Born in Colombia, South America, she proudly identifies as bilingual and bicultural, enriching her practice with diverse perspectives. Viviana's professional journey encompasses extensive experience in trauma-informed care and social justice advocacy. Her clinical focus revolves around assisting children, teens, adults, and families grappling with complex trauma in diverse environments, including rape crisis centers, youth homeless shelters, and domestic violence shelters.
Her commitment to trauma-informed care extends beyond practice—Viviana actively contributes to the field's advancement. She has contributed to professional journals and authored sections in esteemed publications such as the Cultural Competence and Healing Culturally Based Trauma with EMDR Therapy – 2nd Edition book and EMDR with Children in the Play Therapy Room: An Integrated Approach. Additionally, she serves as an advanced EMDR training provider, emphasizing EMDR therapy protocols for Early Intervention & Ongoing Traumatic Stress.
Currently serving as the Senior Programs Director at Youth180, Viviana leads initiatives dedicated to providing vital Mental Health and Substance Misuse support for youth and their families in Dallas. Her multifaceted expertise, coupled with her steadfast commitment to trauma-informed care and social justice, significantly enriches the programs she oversees, fostering a more comprehensive and inclusive approach to healing and advocacy.
Our team has a combined experience of over 20 years in the non-profit sector and the Dallas prevention and clinical network. We have a diverse hand-selected team to ensure the success of our youth and families.
